We have recently demonstrated that in the Molecular Spin Transistor geometry we are able to detect the state of a single nuclear spin and convert it into an electronic signal (Ref. 8 ). We use a single-shot read out, i.e., no averaging is required. Typical time for measuring is of the order of one second, thus already comparable with what done with other systems. Yet, we intend to learn how to make this read out more quickly.
